Spring Garlic and Spinach Sauté

Ingredients:

3-4 cups Spinach
3 stalks Spring garlic (aka green garlic), sliced
1 tbsp Olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Almond slices

Method:

Heat olive oil in sauce pan
Add spring garlic and sauté for 1 minute
Add spinach leaves, sauté to desired consistency
Salt and pepper to taste
Remove from heat
Sprinkle with almond slices before serving
