Think January:  Freeze Strawberries Now!

So easy…Just make a simple syrup of 4 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar by combining the water and sugar in a saucepan, bringing to a boil and simmering until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Cool the syrup to room temperature, then chill in refrigerator. Rinse and hull strawberries and place in jar. Strawberries should be covered with syrup. Freeze.
